The multi-purpose hall at the ground floor is enhanced with two meeting halls and a total foyer of 600 m² at the same level.

The hotel has a hobby area of 294 m2 area, serving 162 people, with a restaurant and a sports club, with fitness centre, aerobics, relaxation room, sauna, Turkish bath, massage parlour, indoor swimming pool, and a cafe.

4-Star Hotel:
The 17-storey hotel has a construction area of 20,390m2, with 360 rooms and 720 beds. All rooms are sound-insulation against airplanes. The hotel has a hobby area of 305 m2 area, serving 210 people, with a restaurant and a sports club, with fitness centre, aerobics, relaxation room, sauna, Turkish bath, and a massage parlour.
