DURING ICCI 2011, B2B MEETINGS WERE REALIZED

ICCI, as the only platform in Turkey harmonizing a fair and conference and examining energy and environment in parallel, has realized a first under a single frame and has presented the fair, conference and the B2B meetings at the comfortable premises of Istanbul Expo Center.  

On June 16 2011 on Thursday at the second day of the ICCI, the B2B Meetings were realized free of charge in two sessions both in the morning and in the afternoon within the scope of ICCI Synergy Match 2011 under the collaboration of Enterprise Europe Network – EEN Istanbul and Istanbul Chamber of Industry-İSO. During the meetings aiming the provision of brand new business opportunities and collaborations, as well as the widening of trade volume, Turkish firms and international firms and delegates came together at the same table at a prestigious platform. As a result of the pre-designed bilateral business meetings and the fair, it is expected that a business volume of approximately 1 Billion USD will be realized.

At the ICCI Synergy Match 2011 activities aimed to enhance technology transfer among the firms at an international platform with the Enterprise Europe Network especially providing support to Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SME), a total of 179 meetings were realized between 45 Turkish and 39 foreign firms from 18 different countries.
